About the Owners—past and present

The Walls: Lived in San Jose, CA but kept the tug in Seattle. In the summers they cruised the Puget Sound and up into Canada.
Tom & Mitzi lived in Guam and kept Captain Mike in Ketchikan, Alaska where she was moored during the summer and spent winter inside a shed.
Wally is currently moored at Port Orchard Yacht Club under cover.
Wally was the last Victory Tug built using old growth teak. Wally was designed by Tommy Chen. Tommy's design includes an owners stateroom and a guest stateroom. Wally even has a heater outlet in the shower!
