Accommodations
As you enter Tortuga from the rear cockpit the salon opens up before you. It is built of beautiful teak joinery, with many cold-molded and sculpted details. She has the new arrangement found in only the last few Victory Tugs; with the U-shaped galley on starboard.

The L-shaped convertible settee is on port aft, a pair of floating chairs along the starboard side. A teak 3-leaf table is comfortable for two, but can open up and easily serve six. The table has bronze locking pins to secure in either of two positions; adjacent the settee or it can also be secured along the starboard side of the salon.

The stairs lead up the forward port side to the raised pilothouse. The pilothouse is a very nice place to spend time, with good views of the water on all sides and dutch doors on port & starboard. The long bench seat in the pilothouse is a unique feature to this Victory Tug interior and is made possible with the new galley / stair arrangement. The helm seat converts to a single berth by extending the base, made with tongue & groove wood, and adding an upholstered insert.

Heading down the companionway are three doors, the forward private stateroom, to port is a head & basin or choose door #3 to starboard, which is a stall shower & basin. This is a great arrangement.
